(02)The difference

We do not rent you software. We build it, launch it, and hand you the keys.

What you own on day one

  • The complete Git repository, with history
  • Every infrastructure and store account, in your name
  • Architecture and deployment documentation
  • All design files and source assets
  • The intellectual property, in full

What you are never locked into

  • A proprietary platform only we can operate
  • A retainer required to keep the product running
  • Licence fees on anything we wrote for you
  • Our hosting account holding your production data
  • A rebuild if you change engineering partners

(03)From prompt to product

What actually
happens to your idea.

Five stages, each with a defined input, a defined output and a checkpoint you sign off. This is the whole pipeline — there is no sixth stage where the budget quietly changes.

  1. Input: A rough idea

    Discovery

We turn a description into a written scope, a technical risk register and a fixed price. Nothing is built until you have approved all three.

  2. Input: An approved scope

    Interface

Flows, information architecture and an interface system — including the empty, loading and error states that decide whether a product feels finished.

  3. Input: A designed product

    Application

Web and mobile engineering, built to be handed over from the first commit. Weekly builds you can open on a real device.

  4. Input: A working client

    Backend & cloud

APIs, data model, integrations, authentication and deployment — on infrastructure registered in your company name, not ours.

  5. Input: A shipped product

    Post-launch intelligence

Monitoring, analytics and a 30-day warranty, then an optional care plan. Launch is a checkpoint, not the finish line.

(05)Scope and time

How long it takes,
before you ask.

The bands we actually quote against, per discipline. Your project lands in one of them at the discovery call, and the number in your proposal is fixed against a written scope — not an estimate that moves.

(06)The method

Think. Design. Develop.
Launch. Repeat.

A loop, not a line. Each stage names its deliverables and — unusually — what we need from you, because the projects that go wrong go wrong on that side.

Think

Understand the business before touching the product.

  • Discovery workshop
  • Written scope document
  • Fixed-price proposal
  • Technical risk register

Design

Decide how it works before deciding how it looks.

  • User flows
  • Wireframes
  • Interface system
  • Clickable prototype

Develop

Build it so a different team could maintain it.

  • Weekly staging builds
  • Architecture documentation
  • Test coverage on critical paths
  • Code review log

Launch

Ship it, then hand you the keys.

  • Store / production release
  • Monitoring and analytics
  • Full source-code handover
  • Team training session

Repeat

A launched product is a starting position.

  • 30-day warranty
  • Usage and stability review
  • Prioritised improvement backlog
  • Optional care plan

(07)Working model

Six commitments,
written into the contract.

These are contractual terms, not values on a wall. If any of them is not what you want from an engineering partner, we are probably not the right studio.

Fixed price, written scope

You approve a written scope and a final number before a line of code is written. No hourly drift, no surprise invoices.

Complete source-code ownership

Repositories, infrastructure accounts and documentation are handed to you at launch. The IP is yours, in full.

No agency lock-in

Nothing we build depends on us to keep running. Any competent team can pick it up — that is the test we design to.

Direct engineering access

Your engineering lead is introduced at kickoff and remains your point of contact through delivery — not an account manager relaying messages.

30-day post-launch warranty

Defects found in the first 30 days after launch are fixed at no cost, as part of delivery.

Proposal within 24 hours

After the discovery call you receive a fixed-price proposal with scope, milestones and timeline within one business day.

(10)Before you ask

The questions that
come up on every call.

Not the ones that are easy to answer — the ones people are actually weighing up before they commit to a build with anybody.

A project is split into three to six milestones, each with a written deliverable and a date. You approve each one before the next starts, and payment is released against approvals rather than on a calendar. Nothing is invoiced for work you have not seen.

Something here not covered? Ask it on the call — it is free and there is no proposal at the end of it unless you want one.

Start the conversation

Tell us what you want to build.

Send the brief. You get a discovery call, then a written fixed-price proposal within 24 hours — scope, milestones and final number.
