Service

By accessing and using the DevXAI Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on DevXAI Technologies' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

DevXAI Technologies provides digital product design and development services. All services are provided subject to:

• Project scope and requirements as agreed upon in writing
• Payment terms as specified in project agreements
• Timeline and deliverables as outlined in project documentation

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in the currency specified in the project agreement
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement

All invoices are raised by DEVXAI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Our bank account is held in that exact legal name. We do not accept payment to personal accounts or personal UPI identifiers. Clients should verify that the entity name on any invoice matches the registered name above.

DevXAI employs AI-assisted development tooling as part of its engineering process, including code generation, review, testing and documentation. It is a tool our engineers use, not a replacement for them — no product ships, and no client-facing decision is made, by an AI system acting alone. All AI-assisted output is reviewed, tested and approved by DevXAI engineers before release. DevXAI remains fully responsible for the correctness, security and intellectual-property status of delivered code. Client source code and confidential materials are not submitted to any AI service that retains data for model training.

All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of DevXAI Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Deliverables for a given milestone transfer to the client on approval and payment of that milestone, as specified in the project agreement. A milestone not yet paid remains the property of DevXAI Technologies until it is; this applies only to the specific deliverable awaiting payment, not to prior milestones already accepted and paid. Complete source code, infrastructure accounts, documentation and IP transfer in full at project completion, consistent with our standard commitment to complete ownership handover.

In no event shall DevXAI Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
